ATPS Security provides fire watch services when a building's fire alarm or sprinkler system is out of service, during hot work, or when a fire marshal orders it. Fire watch officers patrol the assigned areas, log each round and alert the fire department and your team if they find fire or smoke.

When a fire protection system goes down, the fire marshal or your insurer will usually require a fire watch until it is repaired. That can mean officers on every floor, around the clock, starting today.
We staff fire watch posts on 24-hour schedules and keep written logs of every round, so you have a record ready when the inspector asks for it.

Officers walk assigned areas on a set interval, look for fire, smoke and hazards, keep exits clear, and record each round with the time and location. If they find fire, they call the fire department and follow your evacuation plan. The number of officers depends on the building and the requirements of your local fire official.
