AT Protective Services LLC ("ATPS," "we," "us") operates the website at atprotectiveservicesllc.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, how we use it, and what choices you have. We do not sell your personal data, period.

What We Collect

Contact & quote forms: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message you write. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Job applications: Name, email, phone, address, position interest, experience, and resume file if uploaded. Used only for recruiting purposes.

Training sign-ups: Name, email, phone, state, and course selection. Used to process your training registration.

Site usage data (with consent): Pages visited, device type, browser, and general location data. Collected anonymously via Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager if you accept cookies.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to load analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4. These tools use cookies, small text files stored on your device, to recognize return visitors and measure how people use the site (e.g., which pages are visited most).

We only load these tracking tools after you explicitly accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no tracking scripts are loaded.

Email (SMTP): Form submissions are delivered via email to our team. No data is stored by a third-party email marketing platform.

Text Messaging (SMS)

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you opt in to text messages from ATPS Security Training Academy, we use your mobile number only to send course, licensing-deadline and support messages. Message frequency varies (up to 4 per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help, or email training@atpssecurity.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

Form submissions (contact, quote, application, training) are stored in our secure database for operational purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default settings (up to 26 months). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
