Andrew Tauber
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Tauber is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ATPS Security. A Maryland native, Andrew earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Hawaii, working in security and hospitality throughout his studies and rising to supervise security teams. Back in Maryland, he joined the D.C. Public Schools Police as a Law Enforcement Officer, patrolling and responding to calls for service across Washington, DC. After two years of service, he founded ATPS Security to put client needs first, pay attention to detail and build strong relationships with local law enforcement.

Chav DuBois
Chief Operating Officer
Chav DuBois spent more than a decade with NASA Security Police, protecting critical infrastructure, sensitive research areas and mission-essential personnel. As COO, he oversees daily operations, leads and mentors security personnel, and makes sure every contract runs with professionalism and accountability. He specializes in building dependable teams, writing clear post orders and tailoring security programs to each site.

Brandon Sterling
Chief Training Officer
Brandon Sterling brings more than 20 years across military, law enforcement, private security and investigations. A U.S. Navy veteran and former Boatswain's Mate, he served in tactical response, dignitary protection, anti-terrorism operations and instructor command at the U.S. Naval Academy. Since then he has worked as a DC-commissioned Special Police Officer, Maryland-licensed Private Investigator and Personal Protection Specialist. He oversees training in use-of-force tools, crisis intervention, tactical medical response and mental health awareness.

John Topp
Chief Financial Analyst
John Topp brings a career spanning security operations, leadership and finance. As Director of Operations for Maryland and West Virginia and Chief Financial Advisor, he oversees day-to-day operations while contributing to financial planning, budgeting and revenue management.

Matthew J. Penn
VP of Operations, Texas and Mississippi
Matthew Penn combines years of corporate management with a career in law enforcement, where he gained tactical training and crisis-management experience. He leads ATPS operations in Texas and Mississippi and specializes in large protection programs for high-value assets and executive personnel.

VP of Compliance
Duane Freeman ensures regulatory compliance and maintains licensing standards across every state where ATPS operates.

Cesar Cornejo
VP of Surveillance Security
Cesar Cornejo leads the integration of ATPS physical security services with LiveView Technologies. He brings more than a decade of hospitality security experience, where surveillance and remote security support asset protection.

Ronique Moody-Taylor
Director of Operations, Maryland South Region
Ronique Moody-Taylor is a senior Special Police Officer and licensed Private Detective with leadership experience across Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia. She directs protective operations for residential, commercial and special-assignment properties, overseeing patrol strategy, risk assessment and personnel, and coordinating with municipal, county and federal agencies. She also oversees investigative work held to court-ready reporting standards.

James Favors
Director of Operations, Eastern Shore
James Favors oversees ATPS operations across Maryland's Eastern Shore. He holds dual associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Crime Scene Technology from Chesapeake College and spent six years as a CDL-licensed driver before moving into security. He served as a supervisor at an apartment community in Cambridge, Maryland, before being promoted into operations leadership.

Tamyra Penn brings more than a decade of corporate leadership in customer service and people management. She runs full-cycle hiring for ATPS, from identifying strong candidates and interviewing to building reliable teams and welcoming new hires.
